Directions from Sacramento Airport
From the airport, take Hwy 5 South to Hwy 50 East (towards South Lake Tahoe).
Take the Watt Avenue exit heading South.
At the first signal, turn left onto Folsom Blvd and immediately turn left onto Manlove Rd.
From Manlove, take the first left onto Cal Center Drive and turn left into the first driveway.

  Classes begin at 9:00am and typically end at 5:00pm. You may arrive anytime after 8:15am.
   
getting hungry?
  Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available all day in the kitchen. Fruit, muffins and bagels are served each morning.
